There's a self-extracting archive there now and it's HQX companion. You first use "DVD Extractor" to separate the AC3 streams from the DVD files, then use MAC3dec to convert the AC3 files to AIFF or whatever. I never remember it perfectly because I don't use them very often, but they work well. Enjoy!
